Hixson Middle School is fortunate to be able to welcome Rachel's Challenge into our school community. Our students, staff, and parents have been moved into action with our targeted acts of kindness.
Our first semester included gratitude letters to our Rachel's Challenge speaker, holiday cards to soldiers serving overseas, post-it note blasts on lockers and office doors, an all-school food drive, and holiday food baskets.
We are kicking off second semester with our kindness card challenge. The idea is our students, staff, and parents will have copies of our kindness cards ready to use for a targeted act of kindness. We want our communities to know Hixson Middle School values acts of kindness.
