Acts of Kindness by Hixson Students

One day I was with my mom in the car on the way to the gas station. When we got there, I was going to get a soda and some chips, but when I looked down, I saw this homeless man sitting on the corner.  Instead of getting my chips and soda, I gave the dollar to the homeless man because I felt bad for him. When I gave him the dollar, he lit up with happiness.
Then after that I walked out of the gas station. I really felt good inside because I felt like I was doing something nice for someone. When I got in the car, one of the gas station workers walked up to the window and handed me the chips and soda and he said thanks for helping that homeless man.  I said thank you and  that’s my story on random act of kindness.
